Manoli George is the Principal Broker and Managing Director of Ascend Capital, bringing extensive experience in commercial, residential and equipment finance to every client relationship. Prior to founding Ascend Capital, Manoli held a series of senior banking roles, where he managed portfolios of medium to large commercial clients and successfully settled a substantial volume of commercial lending transactions.
His earlier career included further senior banking and lending analyst roles, where he built deep expertise in complex credit assessment, proposal submission and portfolio management across residential and commercial lending. This experience was formally recognised
through a CEO-level award for outstanding service and results within the commercial banking sector.
Manoli holds a Bachelor of Business (Finance) from Griffith University, along with further qualifications in credit management and advanced commercial and cash flow lending, and today channels this expertise into Ascend Capital — giving clients access to the same calibre of credit knowledge and relationship-driven service across residential, commercial and equipment finance.
